STEFANO'S HOUSE

The flat is part of a semi-detached house built in the 1970s. The original layout is typical of the period, presenting a regular windowed form on the perimeter with an external access staircase.

The new planimetric distribution is articulated around a central core that integrates the pre-existing internal staircase into a system of brushed oak cupboards and containers.

The floor is entirely in cement-resin, while the doors are sliding in extra-clear frosted glass.
