CASA VISTA 1

The project originates from a careful analysis of the site and of the people who is going to live in the house, a family of four persons.

 

The aim of the project is to relate the building to the views, to the wind and to the path of the sun; the building is facing the Lake of Varese with the southern facade entirely made of glass. 

 

The relation with the external environment defines the principal costruction details so as the lenght of the overhang capable to intercept the sun’s rays during summer time and permit their passage during winter.

Particular importance has been given to the peculiarity of the family unit, to the interior and exterior paths; to the changes which the family will undergo in the future with the consequent and necessary need for privacy for everyone. Each family member should be able to carry out their lives independently respecting commun moments and conviviality.
