CASA VISTA 2

​

A continuos and uniform platform in concrete creates on single floor surface un where the interior and exterior spaces of the house are organised. Filtering spaces of patios, sheltered paths and a pool.

A flat covering, parallel with the concrete platform, defines the volume.

 

As for the casa vista 1 the aim of the project is to relate the building to the views and to the path of the sun; the building is facing the Lake of Varese with the southern facade entirely made of glass. 

​The relation with the external environment defines the principal costruction details so as the lenght of the overhang capable to intercept the sun’s rays during summer time and permit their passage during winter.
